hi! wanna start by thanking ya for your support & patience cuz i’m one person who is learning as i go some days

if you’re here cuz there’s a print ya want not listed on the shop, i rotate them out!

  1. are there shirts? not currently selling any shirts for fanart, but am hoping to start soon! all updates will be in my newsletter :)

  2. can i get a downloadable pdf to print at home? i do have some designs available as downloadable PDFs, unfortunately most are not available as them tho, they’re all in the downloads section :)

  3. i got one thing i ordered but not the other?! sometimes i ship items separately if it makes the most sense for the packaging :) if you got 2 tracking numbers, you’ll get 2 packages! if ya didn’t, plz reach out cuz i’m a human who occasionally makes mistakes

  4. what type of paper are the prints? prints are either archival, giclee prints or matte prints on acid free paper (non-archival) each product will specify which

  5. what does signed edition mean? it means that there will only be that number of prints, in that size, ever - forever & ever! so there will only be 39 others in an edition of 40 - i do this because i want you to have something special! there’s a very low chance you’ll see the exact same print at a friend’s house, how rad! i might eventually re-release a popular print in a different color-way or size though, so if you missed out on something you love, keep a look-out!

  6. how long does the pre-order last? i put stuff up for pre-order because i’m VERY excited to share it but still need to order the prints & make sure they look okay! which takes roughly 5-6 weeks max (usually faster tho!). prints will be available to order until
    i sell out of the edition, stationary will be available indefinitely unless i discontinue it

  7. embroidered art drops? i’ll give 1 week heads up in my stories when i’m going to drop pillows or embroidered art and will post
    a reel showcasing the embroidered art pieces. then when i do the drop, i’ll post the art & will do an auction in the comments. auction will last 72 hours, whoever is the highest bid gets the art! if i don’t receive payment within 24 hours, the next person will be notified.

  8. can i get a tattoo of your art? sure! but if ya do, maybe buy me a coffee? and also please credit/tag me! i love seeing my art as tattoos! 

  9. is the plastic packaging compostable? glad you asked! all plastic sleeves for stationary are compostable! woah! the sleeves on the prints are not because unfortunately you cannot get archival print safe sleeves that are compostable. but - printing archival ensures that your print will live the longest possible life which is pretty cool!

  10. can i get different dimensions for a print? nope! i’m so sorry, i’ve tried offering custom dimensions and boy howdy is it a slippery slope! tysm for understanding :)

  11. can i get custom stationery? custom stationary pricing falls into the commission category, so any custom stationery will cost roughly the same as pokepun style art would :)
